Welcome Day Camp Parent!

The countdown to summer 2009 has begun!   We have already been hard at work preparing for Summer Day Camp (it truly is a year-round task!): hiring an all-star staff, creating activities that engage your camper not only physically but mentally, and maintaining our partnership with the Academic Departments.

As the days tick closer to the first day of camp, make sure that all of your questions have been answered and especially your camper’s. We will be relaying information frequently through our website and newsletter, so make sure to check back!

Sincerely,
      Sarah Eller
      Camp Director

IUPUI Sport Complex

Located in downtown Indianapolis on the campus of IUPUI, the IUPUI Sport Complex is one of the premier instruction, recreation and competition facilities in the country. For the past quarter-century, the Sport Complex has served the needs of the community on a daily basis by hosting local and regional athletic events. The Sport Complex consists of the IU Natatorium, the IU Michael A. Carroll Track & Soccer Stadium and the Indianapolis Tennis Center. The facilities also offer year-round programs such as lessons and classes in aquatics and tennis.

IU Natatorium: Learn to Swim Class
Kids will learn introductory swimming skills and work their way up to knowing all competitive strokes, turns, dives, and water safety skills. For children ages 6 months and up, Learn to Swim Class is a great way for kids to have FUN and become comfortable in the water! Learn to Swim Class is also a bridge to the Natatorium’s competitive Indy Dolphins Swim Club. For more information, visit www.sportcomplex.iupui.edu.
