What Parents Need To Know...

- Water and nutritious snacks are provided to all Summer Day Camp and Sport Camp participants

- All Summer Day Camp and full- day Sport Camp participants should bring a lunch, drink and water bottle to camp each day. NO refrigeration or microwave is available.

- All Summer Day Camp participants will receive one T-shirt for the summer. All Sport Camp participants will receive one T-shirt for any Sport Camp they attend. All shirts are included in the price of registration.ation.

- In order for campers to participate in all planned activities, they should bring a bathing suit, towel, sun screen, and a water bottle each day. Please label all items and make sure campers are dressed appropriately for the weather. No umbrellas please.

- Summer Day Camp participants must wear closed-toed shoes to participate in all activities.

- Summer Day Camp participants must wear shoe tag ID while at camp, and no camper is permitted to leave in a vehicle without the corresponding car tag unless there has been earlier notification in writing to the camp director.

- Summer Day Camp participants picked up after 5:30pm will incur a $1/minute late fee. Late fees can be paid at the IU Natatorium Service Desk, and must be paid in order for the camper to attend future weeks of Summer Day Camp.

- The federal tax ID number for the IUPUI Sport Complex Summer Camps is 35-600-1673.

- Individuals who need auxiliary aids for communication or who need assistance for access or accommodation should contact the IUPUI Sport Complex at 317.274.6787 , two weeks prior to camp.

- Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice; onsite registration will receive a paper receipt the same day with a confirmation email to follow.

- Coupons must be presented during the original registration. No credit will be given for coupons received after the registration is complete.

- Discounts can only be applied during the initial registration for all weeks and campers, and cannot be combined with any other discount.
